H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. DIN Siden, Mr. Chandra Roman, and Mr. Nov Danun , Legal Experts of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting with the Council of Jurists on the preparation of the draft Law on Technology Transfer.

On the afternoon of Monday, 5 October 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. DIN Siden, Mr. Chanthara Romain, and Mr. NAY Danann, Legal Experts of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting with the Council of Jurists on the preparation of the draft Law on Technology Transfer, presided over by H.E. SEA Mao, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Secretary-General of the Council of Jurists.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, Members of the Council of Jurists, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and other relevant officials.
