H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Mon Sophorn, Legal Expert at the General Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting to discuss the draft guidelines on developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for public service delivery by ministries and national institutions.

On the morning of Thursday, 22 October 2026, at the Royal School of Administration, Mr. Man Sophorn, Legal Expert at the General Secretariat of the LRC, attended the meeting to discuss the draft guidelines on developing standard operating procedures for public service delivery by ministries and national institutions. The meeting was presided over by H.E. Yok Bunna, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Civil Service.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State; representatives of ministries and institutions; representatives of the General Secretariat of the LRC; representatives of the General Secretariat of the Public Administration Reform Committee; and other relevant officials.
