H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Chandara Roman, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on the Management of Data Systems for Former Civil Servants, Prison Officers, National Police Officers, Military Personnel of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, and Court Officials Dismissed from the Civil Service.

On the morning, 14 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Chandaara Roman, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on the Management of Data Systems for Former Civil Servants, Prison Officers, National Police Officers, Military Personnel of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, and Court Officials Dismissed from the Civil Service.

The meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Liv Sovanna, Vice Chairman and Chair of Working Group 4 of the Council of Jurists, and H.E. Nay Bonnar, Vice Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies, members of the Council of Jurists of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and the Economic, Social and Cultural Council. Also in attendance were representatives from the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, as well as the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee and all relevant stakeholders.
