On the morning of Sunday, 23 August 2026, at Techo International Airport, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), departed for a study visit to the Republic of Singapore.
The study visit to Singapore was organized to enable H.E. LY Chantola to participate in the training program on “Strategic Leadership and Public Governance for Senior Cambodian Officials” in the Republic of Singapore.
