His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired a meeting to review and discuss the following matters: 1. The draft Sub-Decree on the Management of Waterway Infrastructure. 2. A request to continue the procedures for preparing a Sub-Decree on the designation of a sustainable use zone and the reclassification of state public property into state private property over an area of 171.7665 hectares (one hundred seventy-one hectares, seventy-six ares, and sixty-five centiares), located within Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary, Sen Monorom Commune, Ou Reang District, Mondulkiri Province, under a lease arrangement for a period not exceeding 50 years, to D.T.C Group for investment in an eco-tourism development project. 3. A request for high-level approval in principle to recognize the composition of the Executive Committee of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia for its 9th mandate for the years 2029–2030.

His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired a meeting to review and discuss the following matters:

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 28 April 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Council of Jurists Meeting Hall, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired the meeting to review and discuss the above matters.

The meeting was also attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, members and alternate members of Working Group II of the Council of Jurists, as well as officials from the General Secretariat of the Council of Jurists.
