H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a discussion meeting with representatives of the World Bank on the topic: “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Reforms: Private Sector Development for Jobs – Technical Assistance Mission.”
On the afternoon of Monday, April 27, 2026, at the meeting room of the Council of Jurists, H.E. Ly Chantola, accompanied by Mr. Din Seyden and Mr. Chan Dararomen, legal experts of the LRC, participated in the discussion meeting with the World Bank delegation.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. Sea Mao, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Council of Jurists, and Ms. Soujanya Chodavarapu, Senior Private Sector Specialist and Task Team Leader.
The meeting was also attended by Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen who are members and alternate members of the Commercial Law Working Group of the Council of Jurists, Deputy Secretaries-General, Directors of Departments of the General Secretariat of the Council of Jurists, as well as many other officials.
