H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), Assigned Legal Consultants to attend a consultative meeting regarding the “Progress of Project Implementation for the First Quarter of 2026 and the Continued Implementation of the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Project.
On the morning of Friday, April 24, 2026, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Ms. Pen Linna and Ms. Phok Sereyrothana Legal Consultant of the LRC, to attend a consultative meeting regarding the “Progress of Project Implementation for the First Quarter of 2026 and the Continued Implementation of the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Project.
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Pech Sokha, Under Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Secretary-General of the Economic, Social, and Cultural Council (ECOSOCC), and Director of the RIA Project.
The primary objectives of the meeting were as follows:
• Review and Evaluate: Assess the work achievements and outcomes completed during the first quarter of 2026.
• Address Challenges: Discuss existing implementation hurdles and identify strategic solutions for the Regulatory Impact Assessment project.
• Strategic Planning: Establish future work directions and action plans to ensure continued high-efficiency implementation
