H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a discussion meeting with representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on the project for the establishment of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Legal Data Center and legal website.
On the morning of Monday, April 20, 2026, at the LRC Secretariat (OCIC), via Microsoft Teams video conference, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), together with H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary General of the LRC, accompanied by legal experts of the LRC, attended a discussion meeting with representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) regarding the project to establish the Legal Data Center of the Office of the Council of Ministers, with Mr. Tristan J. Metcalfe, Senior Public Sector Specialist of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the development of a legal database system and the Royal Government of Cambodia’s legal website for storing and disseminating legal and regulatory documents. This system will enable the public to access and search for legal documents through the Royal Government’s legal website (chbab.gov.kh).
