His Excellency Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, assigned His Excellency Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), to attend a meeting on the draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the appointment of civil servants to positions within the organizational structure of the Office of the Council of Ministers and its affiliated units.
On the morning of Tuesday, 31 March 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned His Excellency Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by Mr. Kuy Stouhsten, Deputy Director of the Administration and Finance Department of the LRC, to attend a meeting on the draft Standard Operating Procedures for the appointment of civil servants to positions within the organizational structure of the Office of the Council of Ministers and its affiliated units.
The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Sam Bunna, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, with the participation of Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, representatives from general departments and affiliated units of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The purpose of the meeting was to review and prepare the draft Standard Operating Procedures for the appointment of civil servants to positions within the organizational structure of the Office of the Council of Ministers and its affiliated units.
