H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia for its 13th and 14th mandates, attended the solidarity dinner of the 31st General Assembly of the Bar Association as a member of the presiding panel.

On the evening of Friday, 16 October 2026, at the Chroy Changvar International Convention and Exhibition Center, H.E. LY Chantola attended the solidarity dinner held in conjunction with the 31st General Assembly of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The event was presided over by H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers.

The event was also attended by the President of the Supreme Court; Her Excellency the Prosecutor General of the General Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Supreme Court; Excellencies Senior Ministers and Ministers; Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State; as well as numerous members and fellow lawyers of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
