H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned three legal experts of the Secretariat of the LRC to attend a meeting of the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) reform Committee.

On the morning of Thursday, 8 October 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned three legal experts of the Secretariat of the LRC to attend a meeting to review and further discuss the composition of the Working Group on the Legal and Institutional Framework and the Working Group on Ensuring the Quality of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Reports under the RIA Reform Committee, presided over by H.E. Dr. Academician Hing Thoraxy, Permanent Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Mr., Mrs., and other members of the RIA reform Committee, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and relevant stakeholders.
