H.E. Ly Chanthola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), Attends Meeting to Review Policy Conditions and Legal Documents under the Trade and Competitiveness Program – Sub-Program 3

On the afternoon of Monday, 5 October 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chanthola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by legal experts from the General Secretariat of the LRC, attended a meeting to review policy conditions and legal documents under the Trade and Competitiveness Program – Sub-Program 3.

The meeting was attended by H.E. and H.E. Lok Chumteav, Under Secretaries of State, representatives of the General Secretariat of the Committee for Regulatory Impact Assessment of Legal Instruments (RIA), and other relevant officials.
