H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Din Siden, Ms. Leng Chanpuong, and Ms. Phok Sereyratana, Legal Experts of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting on the preparation of the Bankruptcy Code.

On the afternoon of Monday, 28 September 2026, at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Din Siden, Ms. Leng Chanpuong, and Ms. Phok Sereyratana, Legal Experts of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a meeting on the preparation of the Bankruptcy Code, presided over by H.E. Phan Phalla, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary-General of the Economic and Financial Policy Committee.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, representatives of the Council of Jurists, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and other relevant officials.
