H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), co-chaired a technical meeting to further review and discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on Transitional Penalties for Violations of the Law on Construction.

On the morning of Monday, 28 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and H.E. Nay Bonnar, Vice Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, co-chaired a technical meeting to further review and discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on Transitional Penalties for Violations of the Law on Construction.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Leng Chanphuong, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), as well as Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, members of the Council of Jurists, representatives of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, and all relevant officials.
