H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the Plenary Session of the Council of Ministers.

On the morning of Friday, 25 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the Plenary Session of the Council of Ministers, presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The Plenary Session aimed to review and approve four key agenda items, including:

Draft Official Statistics Policy 2026–2035;

Progress Report on Promoting Domestic Market Supply Chains and Connecting Them to International Markets;

Progress Report on the Logistics Sector; and

Other Matters.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, leaders of the Royal Government of Cambodia, governors of the capital and provinces, and representatives of all branches of the armed forces.
