H.E. Pen Bunchhea, Acting Secretary-General, and H.E. Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a workshop on the preparation of the Mid-Term Evaluation Report on the Implementation of the Pentagonal Strategy Phase I.

On the morning of Thursday, 17 September 2026, at Residence Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, H.E. Pen Bunchhea, Acting Secretary-General, and H.E. Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a workshop on the preparation of the Mid-Term Evaluation Report on the Implementation of the Pentagonal Strategy-Phase I, presided over by H.E. Chheang Vannarith, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Secretary-General of the National Strategic Development Committee.

The workshop aimed to ensure that the Mid-Term Evaluation Report on the Implementation of the Pentagonal Strategy—Phase I is prepared based on a shared understanding and a unified methodology, while comprehensively reflecting the current status of implementation.

The workshop was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs serving as Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State, representatives of ministries and institutions, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, and all relevant stakeholders.
