On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 16, 2026, His Excellency Ly Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), hosted a formal working dinner with the executive leadership of the Henri Capitant Association of France. The primary objective of this meeting was to deliberate on fostering strategic cooperation between the Legal Reform Committee and the Henri Capitant Association.
The meeting was attended by a distinguished delegation from the Henri Capitant Association, including Professor Philippe DUPICHOT, President; Professor Nicolas BINCTIN, Member of the Board of Directors; and Professor Christophe VERNIÈRES, Deputy Secretary General. Also in attendance were legal experts from the LRC.
