His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a meeting to review and discuss the composition of the Legal and Institutional Framework Working Group and the Quality Assurance Working Group for Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Reports of the RIA Reform Steering Committee.

On the morning of Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a meeting to review and discuss the composition of the Legal and Institutional Framework Working Group and the Quality Assurance Working Group for Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Reports of the RIA Reform Steering Committee. He was accompanied by legal experts from the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC). The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Dr. HING Thoraxty, Senior Minister and Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers.

The meeting aimed to review, discuss, and gather input on the composition of the Legal and Institutional Framework Working Group and the Quality Assurance Working Group for Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Reports of the RIA Reform Steering Committee.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, members of the Council of Jurists, the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and all relevant stakeholders.
