On 5 September 2026, H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and Chairman of the Legal Reform Steering Committee, assigned H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Steering Committee, to lead a delegation to visit H.E. Dr. Say Bory, Advisor to the Royal Government of Cambodia, who is receiving medical treatment at Calmette Hospital.
On this occasion, H.E. Ly Chantola conveyed the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister’s warm regards, thoughts, and best wishes to H.E. Dr. Say Bory for a speedy recovery and a full return to good health. The delegation also inquired about his condition, offered words of encouragement, and joined in wishing him a swift recovery.
