On the morning of Thursday, 13 August 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Committee for Legal Reform, accompanied by two legal experts from the Secretariat of the Committee for Legal Reform, attended a meeting to discuss the preparation of the legal and institutional framework for the implementation of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA).
The meeting was attended by H.E. Pich Sokha, Secretary-General of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, H.E. Na Bonnar, H.E. Eng Rattanak Mony, and several members of the Project Management Unit (PMU).
