On the morning of Friday, 19 June 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a Core Working Group Meeting to review and discuss the preparation of a draft decision on the establishment of sector-specific expert commissions under the Legal Reform Committee.
The meeting was attended by legal experts from the General Secretariat of the LRC and focused on examining and discussing the framework, structure, and responsibilities of the proposed expert commissions to support the implementation of legal reform initiatives across various sectors.
The meeting was also attended by H.E. Vice Chairpersons of the LRC, members of the LRC, as well as H.E. Vice Chairpersons and Deputy Secretaries-General of the Council of Jurists.
