His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended a workshop with representatives of the World Bank on the topic «Impact of Insolvency Regimes,Lessons from Asia and Implicstions for Cambodia»
On the afternoon of Tuesday, 28 April 2026, at Vattanac Tower, His Excellency LY Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by Mr. Din Siden, legal expert of the LRC, attended the workshop with representatives of the World Bank.
The workshop was chaired by H.E. Dr. Sea Mao, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Council of Jurists, and H.E. Boun Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce.
The workshop was also attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, members and alternate members of the Commercial Law Working Group of the Council of Jurists, Deputy Secretaries-General, heads of various departments of the General Secretariat of the Council of Jurists, as well as many other relevant national and international stakeholders.
