H.E Ly Chantola, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Committee for Legal Reform (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to lead a meeting to review and discuss the determination and description of professional positions specializing in legislative and legal affairs (professional positions for legal reform of the LRC).
On the morning of Friday, April 10, 2026, at the Secretariat of the LRC (OCIC), H.E. Ly Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Committee for Legal Reform (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to lead a meeting to review and discuss the determination and description of professional positions specializing in legislative and legal affairs (professional positions for legal reform of the LRC).
The meeting was attended by leadership, legal experts, and officials at all levels of the General Secretariat of the Committee for Legal Reform (LRC).
