Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to lead a meeting to review and discuss the presentation and draft concept paper on the Legislative Drafting Manual/Guide, presented by Mr. Eab Sotheany, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Planning of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC).
On the afternoon of Thursday, 9 April 2026, at the office of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee at OCIC, H.E. Ly Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to chair a meeting to review and discuss the presentation on the draft concept paper concerning the Legislative Drafting Manual/Guide, presented by Mr. Eab Sotheany, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Planning of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC).
The purpose of this meeting was to review and discuss the presentation on the draft concept paper concerning the Legislative Drafting Manual/Guide.
The meeting was attended by the leadership, legal experts, and officials at all levels of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC).
