H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia for its 13th and 14th mandates, attended the closing ceremony of the 31st General Assembly of the Bar Association as a member of the presiding panel.

On the afternoon of Friday, 16 October 2026, at the Chroy Changvar International Convention and Exhibition Center, H.E. LY Chantola attended the closing ceremony of the 31st General Assembly of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia as a member of the presiding panel.

The General Assembly was officially declared closed by H.E. Ouk Savuth, Prosecutor General of the General Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Phnom Penh Court of Appeal. The ceremony was also attended by H.E. Chiv Songhak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and President of the Bar Association for its 6th and 7th mandates; H.E. Suon Visal, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and President for its 11th and 12th mandates; and H.E. LY Chantola, President for its 13th and 14th mandates, together with numerous members and fellow lawyers of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
