H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchhea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by Ms. Leng Chanpuong and Mr. Meak Seiha, Legal Experts of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a preparatory meeting for a dissemination seminar on the vision and strategy for harmonizing the Royal Government’s key legal reform efforts in the education and health sectors.

On the morning of Tuesday, 6 October 2026, at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by Ms. Leng Chanpuong and Mr. Meak Seyha, Legal Experts of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a preparatory meeting for a dissemination seminar on the vision and strategy for harmonizing the Royal Government’s key legal reform efforts in the education and health sectors. The meeting was presided over by H.E. Hiel Chamroeun, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Deputy Secretary-General of the Committee for the Management of Public Financial Management Reform.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and other relevant officials.
