H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Neng Seyha, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a technical meeting to further review and discuss the draft Law on the Management of Hazardous Goods.

On the morning of Tuesday, 29 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Neng Seyha, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a technical meeting to further review and discuss the draft Law on the Management of Hazardous Goods, presided over by H.E. Eung Serey Visoth, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and H.E. Mam Sarith, Permanent Member and Chairman of Working Group 2 of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, members of the Council of Jurists, representatives of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and other relevant officials.
