On Friday, 28 August 2026, at the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned four legal experts to participate in an interview with ADB experts Dr K.R. Jonkeer and Mr. SAMRETH Mammoun to review and discuss the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) report on the draft Law on Commercial Contracts and study the project for the development of the Cambodian Commercial Code, which is currently being prepared by the LRC.
