គណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការកែទម្រង់ច្បាប់ The Legal Reform Committee

With the permission of H.E. VONGSEY Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Chairman of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), H.E. LY Chantola, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary-General of the LRC, assigned H.E. PEN Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the LRC, and Mr. Chandara Roman, Legal Expert of the LRC, to attend the training course on “Performance Management and Delivery Unit — PEMANDU” and participate in study visits to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Education, and the Research, Technology and Innovation Centre of Malaysia.

The training course and study visits will take place over a period of five days, from 10 to 14 August 2026, with the participation of representatives from the five reform areas, known in Khmer as
យ.ស.ក. , including:
Representatives of the Legal Reform Committee and its General Secretariat, Office of the Council of Ministers;
Representatives of the Committee for Public Financial Management Reform and its General Secretariat, Ministry of Economy and Finance;
Representatives of the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development and its Secretariat, Ministry of Interior;
Representatives of the Justice Reform Committee and its General Secretariat, Ministry of Justice; and
Representatives of the Public Administrative Reform Committee and its General Secretariat, Ministry of Civil Service.
