H.E. Ly Chantola, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Din Siden and Mr. Huor Popithan, legal experts of the LRC General Secretariat, to participate in the 2026 Multilateral Trade Forum.

On the morning of Thursday, 9 April 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, H.E. Ly Chantola delegated Mr. Din Siden and Mr. Huor Popithan, legal experts of the LRC General Secretariat, to attend the 2026 Multilateral Trade Forum, held under the theme:

“Re-strategizing Small States in the Evolving Global Trading System.”

The forum was presided over by H.E. Sok Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister, and H.E. Dr. Sok Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Committee.

The forum aimed to assess global trade trends and explore innovative policy strategies to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of Cambodia’s trade sector. It also served as a platform for dialogue among stakeholders, including government institutions, the private sector, research institutions, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The meeting was attended by leaders and officials at all levels from the Office of the Council of Ministers.
