On the morning of Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Nov Danun, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the draft Law on the Approval of the Cebu Protocol Amending the Charter of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), under the chairmanship of His Excellency Thong Socheata, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting was held with the objective of reviewing and providing input on the draft Law on the Approval of the Cebu Protocol Amending the Charter of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
The meeting was attended by representatives of the National Council of Khmer Language, the Council of Jurists, the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, and other relevant stakeholders.
