On the afternoon of Thursday, 6 August 2026, at Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned His Excellency Pen Bun Chea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee, accompanied by legal experts from the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend a preparatory meeting for participation in the Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) training program in Malaysia.
The meeting was co-chaired by His Excellency Sea Mao, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and His Excellency Hel Chamroeun, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The meeting focused on discussing the following four agenda items:
The implementation and arrangements for the training program;
The expected outcomes of the training program;
Travel and accommodation arrangements; and
Other matters.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Secretariat of the Public Administration Reform Committee, the Secretariat of the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development (NCDD), the Secretariat of the Justice System Reform Committee, the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, and other relevant stakeholders.
