On the morning of Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by Mr. Din Siden, Legal Expert of the General Secretariat of the LRC, and Mr. Pech Sovanntharoth, Assistant to H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, attended the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Office of the Council of Ministers and research institutions and universities in Cambodia on the establishment of the Cambodia Research Network.
The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The event aimed to formalize and strengthen cooperation between the Office of the Council of Ministers and research institutions and universities in Cambodia through the establishment of the Cambodia Research Network.
The ceremony was attended by senior leaders of the Office of the Council of Ministers, representatives of national and international research institutions, as well as representatives from several universities.
