On the morning of 13 July 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), co-chaired a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Sub-Decree on the Rules and Procedures for Conducting Financial Inspections.
The meeting was co-chaired by His Excellency Noranarith Andondayat, Vice Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, and His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC).
The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss the key concepts, inputs, and substantive content regarding the necessity of preparing the Draft Sub-Decree on the Rules and Procedures for Conducting Financial Inspections.
The meeting was also attended by Their Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs who are members of the Council of Jurists and the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.
