On the afternoon of Monday, July 6, 2026, at the Royal School of Administration, H.E. Som Kunthea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Law Reform Committee, accompanied by Mr. Kuy Stuthsten, Deputy Director of the Department of Administration and Finance, attended the meeting on behalf of H.E. Ly Chanthola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Law Reform Committee (LRC).
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Yok Bunna, Acting Minister of Civil Service, and attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, senior officials of ministries and institutions, heads of relevant technical departments, and other stakeholders.
