On the morning of Friday, 3 July 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated Mr. Huor Popithan, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend a meeting to continue the review and discussion of the Draft Sub-Decree on the Management of the Use of Road Reserve Land along the Road Network.
The meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Oeung Sereyvisoth, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and H.E. Nov Bonnor, Vice Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.
The purpose of the meeting was to continue deliberations on the preparation of the Draft Sub-Decree on the Management of the Use of Road Reserve Land along the Road Network.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs serving as leaders of the Council of Jurists and the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, together with officials from the relevant technical general departments and other concerned stakeholders.
