On the morning of Monday, 29 June 2026,H.E. Ly Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated Mr. Eab Sotheany, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Planning, and Ms. Leng Chanphuong, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend the meeting of the Steering Committee for the Public Financial Management Reform to review and discuss the First Quarter 2026 Performance Report.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Public Financial Management Reform.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the First Quarter 2026 Performance Report and assess the progress of the Public Financial Management Reform Program. The meeting was attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, senior officials, and civil servants from various ministries, institutions, the five core reform committees, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
