On the morning of Monday, 22 June 2026, at the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired a discussion meeting to prepare for the upcoming seminar on the development of a Commercial Code for Cambodia.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, together with department directors, deputy directors, legal experts, and officials of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee.
The meeting was organized with the objective of making the necessary preparations for the seminar on the development of a Commercial Code for Cambodia. Discussions focused on organizational arrangements, substantive issues, and coordination efforts to ensure the effective and successful conduct of the seminar.
The meeting was attended by leadership officials, legal experts, and staff members of the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee.
