On the morning of Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Raffles Hotel Le Royal Phnom Penh, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the Annual Meeting of the Royal Government’s Key Reform Coordination Mechanism. He was accompanied by H.E. Pen Bunchea and H.E. Som Kantha, Deputy Secretaries-General of the LRC, as well as leaders, legal experts, and officials of the Secretariat-General of the LRC.
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Hel Chamroeun, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Deputy Secretary-General of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform.
On this occasion, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee, together with representatives of relevant secretariats and secretariat-generals, including H.E. Chan Sothea, Head of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development; H.E. Khan Vannak, representative of the Secretariat-General of the Steering Committee for Legal and Judicial Reform; and H.E. Chhun Socheat, from the Secretariat-General of the Steering Committee for Public Administrative Reform, also delivered remarks and shared their views with the meeting.
The meeting was organized to review progress and set implementation directions in order to identify priority actions and strengthen coordination among the Royal Government’s key reform programs.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, ladies and gentlemen from the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee, the Secretariat-General of the Steering Committee for Public Administrative Reform, the Secretariat-General of the Steering Committee for Legal and Judicial Reform, the Secretariat of the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development, the Secretariat-General of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform, and other relevant participants.
