On the morning of Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated H.E Som Kantha, Deputy Secretary-General of the Secretariat-General of the LRC, to attend a meeting to review and discuss the draft Innovation Capacity Development Project of the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee. The delegation was accompanied by Mr. Kuy Stuhsten, Deputy Director of the Department of Administration and Finance and legal experts from the Secretariat-General of the LRC. The meeting was chaired by H.E Chem Phalla, Vice Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.
The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss the preparation of innovation capacity development plans by each respective institution in accordance with the guidelines for the development of innovation capacity-building projects of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting was also attended by Excellencies Lok ChomTav, Ladies and Gentlemen, officials, and other relevant participants.
