His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated Mr. Huor Popithan, Legal Expert of the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend a technical meeting to review and discuss the draft sub-decree on the management of the use of road reserve land along the road network.
On the morning of Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), delegated Mr. Huor Popithan, Legal Expert of the Secretariat-General of the Legal Reform Committee, to attend a technical meeting to review and discuss the draft sub-decree on the management of the use of road reserve land along the road network.
The meeting was co-chaired by His Excellency Ung Sereyvuth, Vice Chairman of the Council of Jurists, and His Excellency Nov Bonnor, Vice Chairman of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council.
The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss the draft sub-decree on the management of the use of road reserve land along the road network.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, leaders, and officials from ministries, institutions, and all relevant stakeholders.
