On the morning of Friday, May 22, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the plenary meeting of the Council of Ministers under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The plenary meeting aimed to review and approve five agenda items, including:

The draft progress report on the implementation of the sharp package measures introduced during the 19th Government–Private Sector Forum for the second semester of 2025;

The draft monitoring and evaluation report on the implementation of the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I for 2025; and

The draft law on the amendment of the Law on Roads.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen who are leaders of the Royal Government of Cambodia, provincial and municipal governors, and representatives of all branches of the armed forces.
