On the evening of Saturday, 9 May 2026, at the Manny Center, THE KAMPUS Building, Phnom Penh, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy-Chairman and Secretary General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), presided over the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Sala Traju Association, the launch of the 8th Special Issue of the Legal Bulletin, the presentation of certificates and letters of appreciation, and a solidarity dinner.
Following the welcome remarks delivered by H.E. TY Zanit, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Sala Traju Association, H.E. LY Chantola delivered a keynote address and officially launched the 8th Special Issue of the Legal Bulletin before the distinguished guests in attendance.
The event was attended by Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, researchers, students, and many relevant stakeholders.
