H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Chandara Roman, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a narrow meeting to further review and discuss the draft Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Royal Academy of Cambodia.

On the morning of Wednesday, 30 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned Mr. Chandara Roman, Legal Expert of the Secretariat of the LRC, to attend a narrow meeting to further review and discuss the draft Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Royal Academy of Cambodia, presided over by H.E. Academician Hing Thoraksi, Permanent Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers.

The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, members of the Council of Jurists, representatives of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council, representatives of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and other relevant officials.
