H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), co-chaired a meeting to review and discuss the development of guidelines for preparing Prakas, inter-ministerial Prakas, and joint Prakas issued by ministries and institutions.

On the afternoon of Monday, 28 September 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and H.E. Sea Mao, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Secretary-General of the Council of Jurists, co-chaired a meeting to review and discuss the development of guidelines for preparing Prakas, inter-ministerial Prakas, and joint Prakas issued by ministries and institutions.

The meeting was attended by H.E. Pen Bunchhea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, members of the Council of Jurists, Deputy Directors of departments, legal experts of the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), and other relevant officials.
