H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bun Chhea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, to attend the meeting of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform and the Technical Working Group (TWG).

On the morning of Monday, 7 September 2026, via video conference, H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bun Chhea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, accompanied by Mr. eab Sotheany, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Planning of the LRC Secretariat, to attend the meeting of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform and the Technical Working Group (TWG).

The meeting was chaired by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary-General of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform.

The meeting aimed to review and discuss the Q2 2026 Performance Report on the implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Program, Phase 4.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Secretariat of the Public Administration Reform Committee, the Secretariat of the Justice System Reform Committee, and the Secretariat of the Committee for Democratic Development at the Sub-National Level, among other relevant representatives and stakeholders.
