On the afternoon of Friday, September 4, 2026, at Shangri-La Phnom Penh Hotel, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), attended the official launch ceremony of the Network of Secretariats of Institutions under the Executive Branch, presided over by His Excellency HUN Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Royal Government Reform Committee.
The ceremony was also attended by His Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Mr., and Ms., representing ministries and institutions under the Executive Branch.
