On the morning of Tuesday, 21 July 2026, at the Administrative Village Hall, H.E. Ly Chantola, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), accompanied by Mr. Kuy Stuhsten, Deputy Director of the Administration and Finance Department of the LRC Secretariat, attended a meeting to review and discuss the Draft 2026 Action Plan of the Network of Secretaries-General of Ministries and Institutions under the Executive Branch.
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Yok Bunna, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Civil Service and Chairman of the Executive Sub-Committee of the Public Administration Reform Committee.
The meeting aimed to strengthen the performance of the Network of Secretaries-General, particularly in carrying out the support functions of ministries and institutions, while promoting active participation in the implementation of the Royal Government’s reform agenda in a coherent, effective, and impactful manner.
The meeting was attended by senior officials and technical officers from all ministries and institutions.
This meeting served as an important platform for enhancing coordination and cooperation among ministries and institutions in support of public administration reforms and the broader reform efforts of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
