On the afternoon of Friday, July 3, 2026, H.E. Ly Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), chaired a video conference with representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to continue discussions on the development of the Cambodian Government’s Legal Database System. Accompanying him were H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the LRC, and legal experts from the Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC).
The meeting was also attended by H.E. Lim Puthicheat, Under Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Director General of the General Department of Digital Transformation, along with other relevant stakeholders.
The meeting aimed to continue discussions on the establishment and development of the Cambodian Government’s Legal Database System.
