His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee, to participate in a retreat on the formulation of the strategy for recruiting civil servants into the public administration for the period 2026–2030.
On the morning of Wednesday, 13 May 2026, at Soma Hotel in Phnom Penh, His Excellency LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), assigned H.E. Pen Bunchea, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee, to participate in a retreat on the formulation of the strategy for recruiting civil servants into the public administration for the period 2026–2030.
The retreat was chaired by H.E. Yok Bunna, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Civil Service.
The retreat was organized with the objective of sharing experiences, providing input, and discussing key elements from various stakeholders for the preparation of a comprehensive and highly effective strategy for recruiting civil servants into the public administration for the years 2026–2030.
The retreat was attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, and many other relevant stakeholders.
